Boot Camp

Boot camp style workouts combining cardio with body weight exercises. A fast, effective way to burn fat and get fit. This classs is designed to go at your own pace, so it is suitable for beginners as well as intermediate & advanced levels. M/W/F 5:45am

Jazzercise Classes

Vital Sculpt - 45 mins - A science-backed HIIT-style class blending sculpting, high-intensity cardio and functional movement training to promote strength, vitality and hormone health.

Sculpt - 45 mins - Build lean muscle, improve mobility and support bone health in this full-body strength training class.

Cardio Sculpt - 60 mins - Feel lighter, stronger and happier with heart-pumping dance cardio. Finish with targeted strength training and stretching.

Power Sculpt - 60 mins - Fire up your metabolism with high-intensity dance cardio and intervals of targeted strength training.

Sculpt LO - 45 mins

Cardio Sculpt HIIT - 45 mins - This dynamic fusion of interval exercises, strength training and dance cardio will maximize calorie burn and sculpt lean muscle.

Group Training

This is a small group training designed for 4 people to get the personal training experience at half the cost. Michelle will focus on strength training, form, function and overall quality of workouts. So grab three friends and sign up! $30/person

TRX - Total Body Resistance Exercise

A  form of suspension training that utilizes bodyweight and gravity to build strength, balance, and flexibility. It involves using straps with handles and foot cradles to perform exercises that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously, with a strong emphasis on core stability

Complete Core

Blast your core in a well-rounded routine focusing on functional and targeted exercises to improve posture, strengthen your abs and back muscles! Must bring your own mats.

Senior Balance & Mobility

30 mins with Michelle - This class is not just for seniors. This class is a no impact, full-body workout. It is designed as a sit and fit class. We utilize light weights, high reps, as well as balance exercises and functional fitness moves. No floor exercises. All fitness levels are welcome. 

Kickboxing

Kick and punch your way to health! Burn fat and tone your entire body in these interval-style workouts. All levels are welcome! 

Bands & Booty

Fast-paced intense lower body blasting class focusing on glutes, hamstrings & quads using light weight and resistant bands.
